Garcia-Valadez House

Built in 1890 by Trinidad Garcia, ranch hand. Original four rooms had adobe walls 27 to 33 inches thick. Was a social center for many years. Since 1926, home of Thomas Valadez, a leading local merchant, and family house now has eight rooms. Recorded Texas Historic Landmark, 1968
